Somalis in the 18-19 century probably had experienced something like an alien in their front yard, we knew of other races but whites and their technology were both very alien to us. Alot of our ancestors invited them and offered them some tea and gifts, engaged in business etc then let them wander off, would you do something like that ? lets say the alien in question is green and has a big upside down egg head.
how would you conduct yourself, invite them into your house/flat, offer them tea, show them your ipod, or would you not open the door and call the popo.
