My uncle used to sing this every new year but as of late become a sheekh and stopped. He said in this song you forcing the year to be good instead of begging Allah for it to be. Either ways happy new calendar year and may allah make it a beneficial year for us Amiin.

I never knew that. I know murder rates are high; and road accidents too but not suicide.

So, tell us what you plans are? I am going to meet friends and have a nice dinner.

I'm working, but if I wasn't working you can bet I'd be at home. no way would I go out on those roads in this city with all those drunk gaals feeling suicidal.

Move to Europe. We use trains and bicycles; except newly arrivals who love to drive cars. What kind of job? midnight? are you a nurse/midwife?

I see. I thought you were a midwife! considering "not circumsized" talks we had lately.

So, what do you guard? people? property? money? do you wear uniform? I have a fetisch for women in uniform

I am an assistant funeral director by the way.

I understand Christmas day; you continuously spoonfeed kids all their lives that Santa actually exists and your bound to have a fraction of them being depressed and purposeless, but new years eve? a chance to start the new calender year on the right note and they rather choke themselves? I need stats to believe that.
