Puntland will drill oil soon it will better the lives of many and create many jobs the road map is in full gear and the garowe conference was a success and for the first time Somalia had its own conference inside Somalia a state of Somalia called puntland hosted the conference secured it.With Xamar under one authority this will give time for Xamar organize its self and to rebuild the capital city of Somalia
