There isn't a huge issue when diabetes in Africa, I think the biggest health issue is malnutrition, Cholera e.t.c . They don't consume a lot of sugar in their diet. They eat whatever they want but they have to walk on daily basis since few people have the luxury of owning cars. TTypically, Somali pollution back home are far more healthy than we are.
