About the over weight comment, you will be shocked how much Somalis back home long to have some meat on their bones. Some will even go as far as to take medications and appetite stimulant drugs to gain weight. Also, Being voluptuous in Africa is a sign of wealth and luxury.

Being over-weight and light skinned is something every Somali woman wishes to attain

There isn't a huge issue when diabetes in Africa, I think the biggest health issue is malnutrition, Cholera e.t.c . They don't consume a lot of sugar in their diet. They eat whatever they want but they have to walk on daily basis since few people have the luxury of owning cars. TTypically, Somali pollution back home are far more healthy than we are.

Cinque: There are more then 300,000 IDPs in Puntland. They are unavoidable.
