Sad Case In Seattle Washington (involving son & mom)

A faarax takes his mom to the airport and hands her a note written in English.
He tells her to wait for him and that he would be back for her.
Hours pass by and he is no where to be seen.
A cab driver notices her sitting outside the air port all alone after driving by few times.
He then stops, gets out of his cab and asks her what she is waiting on.
She informs him that her son handed her this note and said he would be back for her.
The cab driver read the note and it said something along the lines of “Someone take this woman to a nursing home”
address of a nursing home included. After Realizing what happened, the cab driver took the lady to a home and connected her to people who could help her.

Where did the son go?
why were they in the airport in the first place
