you got it wrong. Allah could forgive you or punish you but you you jahar ma'asiyah that is worse and God wont even look at people who do not hide their bad deeds from community. means that person may sin but at least have some imaan. hishood ku wa minal imaan.

Gud explanation son..I thought you were gona blow up on me....Lets see..all I know is my dad respected the neighbors so much and if they complained that was it...God bless his soul....It didnt matter if the neighbor's kid was the aggressor but once that old lady neighbor of ours comes to my dad saying I beat the crap out of her kid my dad would beat me up front of her...Wouldnt even hear my side...but now I understand and I appreciate he did that....Diinta aad bey uga hadashaa dariska
