This Gabay is called Bili, Roodo dedicated this Gabay to the Khatumo conference which took place in Talex where the Somali people of SSC region overwhelmingly formed unity state called Midnimo.

I would advice Reer SSC to stay true to the agreements signed by the delegations. No elder can burden dhabaqodhi relative. The punishment for the dabaqodhis should be the harshest & should set clear example for the future traitors.
