False, no PL gov't figure stated such a thing and no site has reported such a thing. Its entirely a silly premise, like the US congratulating Texan separatists. Dhulbahante are Puntland, and Puntland is Dhulbahante. A PLer supporting a Dhulbahante state is no different than supporting a Leelkase state or a Cusman Maxamud state; its counter-productive. Dhulbahante self-determination against secessionist infidels should be supported, but the formation of an entity that divides the people of Puntland is not to be celebrated.
