In a major Delimma; I am head over heals for this girl

Please forgive me for giving you guys all the details; one has to know the background of a story to give an advise:

About 2 years ago I came into contact with a girl from Utah. I spoken to her maybe once, then I moved on. Unbeknown to me me she outsourced my phone number. Out of the blue her gf called me. Since the ladies man that I am I carried on the conversation. I just never took her seriously. She was a true clown. It was one of those girls that grew up in the middle of suburbia. She had limited contact with Somali people.

So after she been calling me sporadically for 2 months she done the cold turkey on me. Her calls stopped and I was bussy with my own life that I didnt pay any attention to her.

A year later(middle of 2011) she called my out of the blue. I instantly recognized her voice. You could say I was happy to hear from her again because she was just straight up funny. She said she was coming down to my city. Which she never did.

Then she calls me back in mid december. So one day while we were talking she said "hey, my little sister is calling me from college, im gona put her in 3 ways"...There and then I spoken to her little sister. Lets just say that I try to chop her number down but only ended up getting her facebook. She just didnt take me seriously. As a matter of fact she added me and then deleted my ass. Then few days later she added me back on her fb. Right there and then I saw how she looked. Gud lawd this girl was a dime piece.

Fast forward 2 weeks later. Her older sister calls me to tell me that her baby sister has broken up with her long time boyfriend and that I should hook her up with a decent guy from my hometown. I of course reassured her that it will be taken care of.

Then a week and half ago baby sister posted picture up in her facebook which turned my head around. I knew that she just thought of me as a clown and wouldnt maybe take a chance on me so I just inboxed her. one thing let to another until she gave me her number.

From that first night of getting her number me and her have been communicating ever since. Last night alone we spoke like 4 hours and that was after I came back from a night's out. I mean I went to sleep around 6 am. This girl turns out to be so unbelievable. Unlike the ones in Minnehopeless and Columbus(who are coniving and manipulative) she is sincere and truthful. I am not conviced that I should drop everything else I had in my hands(other chicks) and pursue her to the last drop of my sweat.

My question to you guys is....She I settle down by putting all my effort into her and then hopefully start a family with her?...Am I obligated to her sister, I mean I never committed to her?

(I havent yet told her that I probably have a kid from some other chick...although I havent taken a DNA).......
