The Kibaki government was trying to throw him under the bus to take the fallout out for Kenya election violence, but he and another (ODM frm. chairman) had their charges dropped out of the 6 in the ICC prosecution .

PS: I doubt the so called Hussein Ali is a 'real' Somali. He doesnt meet the criteria of "Somaliniimo". TO be a Somali-- u must not have the ability to blend in--into adoon crowd and feel comfortable amongst the raw, pungent smell of adoon shiir. :oops: :cry: 8-)
