Does opposite gender intimidate you?

Let us say you applied a job and got a call for an interview, assuming that you are male when you reached the company's premises and met the interviewer it turned out to be a female! Do you preferred it to be a male? Do you feel little bit un easy? How about if she is attractive and showing a lot of skin, will that effect you attention?

Do you feel easy with working or inter acting with the opposite gender? Today while I was sitting at artcafe, This lad was waiting to meet this lady who was somehow a company rep, the lady arrived introduced herself and quickly with easy started conversation, like she has known him forever, I was sitting nxt to them reading the paper, I stopped and started observing how the lady handled the situation easily and created an environment where the lad could talk freely and negotiate calmly.

I sat there trying to remember my previous business meeting with the opposite gender and how I handled! I also realized I need to learn the art of creating an open environment and disarming the fear and defense of the person you are meeting.

So guys whate is your take on this?

Not intimidated at all. I had a job interview for the job I now have and 3 women interviewed me face to face. Another place I applied to I was on Skype with some lady in South Africa.

I stay focused on the task at hand. That little stuff to distract you isn't on my mind when I have a single objective. I can see why other bros are intimidated and why they don't want to be in the same room with a woman. But at some point you need to realize they're humans and they're the majority and you have to deal with them just as you would any other person.

Depends on nyself, not the other. ive no problem interacting or being interviewed by women. what its dependant on is the tone and feel. an art cafe would definitely be easier than a smug and stiff panel at a conference table.

know why you're there and don't care too much.

interacting with classmates and colleagues is difficult if they're flirty

No. I wouldn't be intimidated by a man. In interview scenarios being interviewed by one or the other is cool but a man and a woman together that is too much.

I had 2 women and a man. The man was more intimidating then the women.

Not at all. I actually like it to be interviewed by a female particularly if she looks good. I can make her uncomfortable with unusual stairs and by pulling a few other strings. I usually turn the interview around and interview them when they ask me if I have a question. It's fun 8-)

I only ever got job offers when the interviewer is a white male.

Non-white males are uncle toms who want white employees and the
Female interviewers are emotional who base their decisions on how fashionable the person dresses rather then by merit
