One guy got one hand cut off and then one of his legs cut off right afterwards (and then they covered the wounds with plastic bags and lead him away on a technical )...i understand you get your hand cut off for stealing, but what offense requires a leg to be cut off?

I inserted a "censored" sign to hide the bloodied stump that remains of his leg, and his amputationers put a plastic bag on his hand after they cut it off... how thoughtful

No I can't. Nothing in the video says why he's being punished and the thread OP didn't say where he got his information.
