Places like Bari region, Western Sanaag, Eastern Mudug and Galgaduud. Could be used as a underground dumping field, instead of dumping waste in the sea.

Somalia's coastline is seriously fucked up.

there is an opportunity for somalis to skip over the wasteful phase of consumerism. recycling plants, waste free production, and environmental regulation should be up there with oil production. garbage should be a thing of the past.
