what is your daily routine like?

Post by metamorphosis »

Mine is rather tedious. my alarm clock rings at 4:02am every single day and i dont go to bed until 12am every night except on fridays. good chunk of those hours is spent on work and the other on school.

What's with the 2 minutes after 4? Any secret behind it; is it some kind of OCD? And no physical/emotional issues, any health-related issues with 4 hours of sleep for 6 nights a week yet? For how long have you been doing this?

I can't remember anything in my life that I had to stick to routine/schedule for. Everything is in disorder and anarchy, just like our country is. The sleep is the worst coz it's all over the place. I hardly get 8 or 7 nights of sleep. There are times I get as little as 3 hours & I can't sleep during the day even if I have break.

There are few things that I regularly do everyday but I can't call them routine; they are more like OCD's and wont feel happy to disclose them here. :(

Everyday is different but there are few routines. I try to bring some structure to my childrens lives. They know what time to get up for school, time to eat, bed time, what time they practice etc. Laakin when it comes to me, my life is chaos except on mondays and tuesdays when I'm in class most of the day.

i knew someone would ask that. Tbh, i have no explanations for that. You do not have a set routine that you adhere to everyday?

wake up at 6am, leave for work at 7:30am, pick up coffee from tim hortons on the way, arrive at work 9 am, lunch at 12 pm, leave work at 5 pm, arrive at 6-7pm depending on traffic, eat dinner, go to gym or watch tv/browse internet, sleep at around 12 am.

weekends: sleep and go out.

up until the last month it was

wakeup at 6 AM, eat breakfast and leave the crib at 7:30 AM. Get to work at 9 AM. Stay at work until 12 PM and head to class and be finished with classes by 3 or 4 PM. After that, head to the gym and search for free food on campus. Then head home after that around 7 PM. Chill, do some work and sleep at around midnight. Rinse and repeat.

After Feb 21st its gonna be the same but I'll be at work till 5 PM and head to workout right after that. Get dinner and chillax.

Weekends:

Work at my other job (security) from 3 PM to 11 PM. Sleep in the mornings and enjoy malawax when I wake up since its the only days of the week I get to eat it  I'll be working 56 hours a week, 7 days a week for the foreseeable future

Mon, Wed:
I have work at 9:00 am, so I wake up around 9:15, shower, do my hair, eat a piece of fruit, and head to work around 9:50; after work I have class; after class, I sleep, then do homework, then sleep, then eat, then sleep, then do homework, then eat, then sleep.

Tue:
I have class at 8:00; I hate my Tuesday schedule, so I'd rather not talk about it.

Thurs:
I don't have work until 1:00 pm, so I wake up around 1:00 pm; I also don't have class, so I go to sleep after work.

Friday:
No work, just class, and after class I go over to a friend's house and usually chill there until Saturday.

Sat:
Will not wake up until 1:00 pm

Sun:
Will not wake up until 3:00 pm

Rinse & Repeat
