Ciidamada Kenya oo sheegtay inay ku wajahan yihiin Magaalada Kismaayo ee Xarunta Gobolka Jubbada Hoose

Isniin, Feberaayo 06, 2012 (HOL) − Ciidamada Kenya ayaa sheegay inay isha ku hayaan degmada Kismaayo ee xarunta gobolka Jubbada hoose, kaddib markii ay Al-shabaab kala baxday xoogaggeeda jasiirada Kudhaa oo Koonfur kaga beegan Kismaayo.

War ay soo saareen milateriga Kenya ayaa lagu sheegay in deegaanka Buur-gaabo oo 30-km u jira deegaanka Kudhaa uu noqon karo jidka ay u marayaan qabsashada magaalada Kismaayo ee xarunta Jubbada hoose.

"Al-shabaab waxay wadaan dagaallo ay ku doonayaan inay dib ugu qabsadaan deegaannadii laga qabsaday, balse indhaheennu waxay ku jeedaan Kismaayo, halkasoo ay kaga go'an tahay inaan qabsanno," ayuu yiri afhayeenka milateriga Kenya, Maj. Emannuel Chirchir.

Maj. Chirchir wuxuu sheegay in ciidamdoodu ay ku dileen deegaan Dalaayad lagu magacaabo oo ku dhow degmada Badhaadhe 100 dagaalyahannada Al-shabaab ka tisran, isagoo sheegay in halkaas uu ka socday abaabul dagaal, ayna sidoo kale ku gubeen gaadiid tiknimo ah oo gaaraya labaatameeyo.

Far from it. Shishkabab still controls Baardheere, Afmadhow, Bu'aale, Jilib, Jammaame pretty much the heart of the Jubba regions. The Fufus have a long way to go.

If ethiopia said this I would maybe believe them.
But now it is kenya, so I throw this news in the fairytale section. Kenyan baboons will never reach kismaayo.
Only war hardened somalis or ethiopians can capture that city. Not kenyan gorillas.

If Zenawi said today, "My troops are on their way to Kismayo, Hargeysa, Gaalkacyo, and Jerusalem" I would take his word, but these ugali-eating pussies won't pass their jungle hideouts. Anyway, who can confirm they're still in Somalia? I'm pretty sure they left a long time ago and snuck back into Kenya.

But I mean Kismayo is their last major stronghold and major source of income. I'm sure they will crumble after this city and port is taken.

The air bombings has done significant damage to their force power in juboyinka (taken out most of their bases that included warehouse storage of ammunition, food storage and fuel, technicals and man power) and the Shabaab have decided to engage in a guarrille war fare thus its now easier to fight them as opposed to before when they would rally all their technicals and men to point A before moving to point B.

So its count down.

Sad is the way the most influential group in the years back finding its survival at stake.

The Kenyans are a joke.

It took the Ethiopians two weeks to reach Mogadishu, and these animals started their operation in October and are still wandering the forests.

You'd think they'd be comfortable in their natural habitat, but apparently not

Ethiopians have expendible soilders but the Kenyans do not have.

Thus they will ensure there is less casualty as compared to the Ethiopian soilders who are replaceble and life worths a flee.
by the way the entire KDF is 40 k while EDF is 5 times that figure.

If they're not prepared to take massive casualties and have a limited capacity to wage a sustainable campaign, what was the point of invading Somalia?

This sitzkrieg is going to end with an embarrassing withdrawal and an emboldened Shabaab that has successively repulsed two invasions.
