I am afraid I cant share your optimism. I actually think natural wealth would be a curse for Somalia! Apart from getting reapt off by some foreign Mutinational and risking enviromental disaters,We will get a good reason to tear each other apart even further just like our African brothers Angola, seralion, Liberia and DRC unless we have a strong government that control us! BTW, natural wealth does not enhace productivity, infact it hinders it. Remember the "Dutch disease"?
