There are countless reasons why the name should not be changed and stay intact.among these are
1.Demographics
ogaden is the majority there .
2.History
The name of the "Ogaden region" is well know before the british empire .

3.Common sense
If Kashmir is named after the people "Kashmiris" who form the majority in both free kashmiri(Pak kashmir) India occupied Kashmir and no one protests about it.

4.Military
Ogaden people spearhead the self determination of all people/clans living there whether it is in the form of armed struggle or political demand for greater autonomy.

Those who oppose the name play into the hands of their master Meles zenawi ,the most corrupt dictator in africa and these people are mostly the somalidiid secessionists.
