Same here sxb, I like simple colors that are easy on the eyes.

I am not sure how ur house is decorated but kuwaanaga waa difficult, Somali moms usually love those thick curtains, huge rugs that just run from corner to corner, huge couches and tons of other things just Somali mom are fascinated by. I like the simple style in my house basically not too many stuff, just enough to make it feel like I have enough space and room.

lol my mom only owns her living, dining room and her room. my sisters , paint their rooms, pink, purple iyo wah an la garaneynin. if you enter any of our room you think it's totally different house.lol

i believe brown is depressing colour, i like blue, therefor my room is blue, very calm. so everu one designs their room and their washrooms.
