She actually raised 2 vital points:
1) Because of their nihilistic nature, you can't negotiate with these transnational terrorists. They want us dead & we want to live. You can't compromise on that
2) To consolidate the gains made so far & to create a truly a professional security force; there has to be incentives for the men & women fighting to free Somalia & hence why a regular & attractive financial package ought to be put in place. Right now, AMISOM troops not only earn 10 times more than their Somali counterparts but also because of the corrupt Prime Minister, these Somali Forces are not paid at all which directly affects troop morale & commitment. A solider can not fight with an empty stomach.
Kudos to the sister for driving these basic points home albeit little incoherency
