OK, seriously, walaahi im just baffled, infact i am speechless walahai, I live in London, one of the trendiest places in the World. Alxamdulilah my Parents raised me well. You think just fresh out of univeristy with my degree N shit life would be good... The other day, i was helping my friend another somali girl with her interview, it took place in East London, Tower Hamlets, we got more than 10,000 somalis living there. anyhow, many many people complain about the way somali organisations work there, they are BSAICALLY QABIIL ORIENTATED, if u aint Habar Jeclo, but Isaaq alone then u can kiss good bye to ur chances of gettin in. even being from HY OR HA or any sub tribe wont help

My mate is HJ, but walaahi she fought like there was no tomorow to get the job, she was shortlisted along with 5 other men, we all know they prefered men over women but the organisation she will work with have too many men, who are closed minded tribalist...

Many people complain that if u aint a Northerner forget getting help.. Somalis all da same have the same problems everywhere but it is sad when i see people first hand gettin turned away coz they are REER XAMAR or even darood.... East London has established communites who won many Awards in their respecitve fields lakiin people here basically Qabiil beey isku baxaan, N to be quite honest Its sad how mothers come up to me, beg me to find their daughters a JOB. coz they are HJ, they CANT stand non isaaqs working here walaahi, they flip... why are we like this, I told the mother that her daughters aint EDUCATED, WHAT just GSCSE to their name when we got people with Masters Applying, then they be like but they AINT ONE OF US, WHY FEED THEM N STARVE OUR PEOPLE.... walaahi this caqli xuma is getting outa hand, i just WANNA REPORT THEM,COZ literally if u aint part of the club u will get stepped on N sat on

Sorry to break it to you pocahontas but somalis are genetically malformed. I can't understand why you seem surprised that they are qabiilist when it's well known fact. We simply don't have the mental capacity to look beyond the horizon and overcome our base fears and insecurities and envision a better social structure not based on clanism.
