The hypocrisy of Godane

Godane aka Mukhtar Abdi Rahman has been seen in Sharjah twice in 2010. His wife Muna Sheikh Abdirahman and children moved their from Hargeisa in 2008 before he launched the car bomb attacks.
Nacala kutaal. Walaahi xaasidsanaa. He had no problems with ordering the mass murder of hundreds of students who were the future of the country. And we haven't forgot the Shamow bombing too. Add to this the fact that he preaches jihad and martyrdom but hides for fear of being killed. Inshallah the xaq will come out.
But interesting development:
Godane has put Aweys under house arrest in Marka after Aweys accused Godane of being the source of the drone strike that killed their East London commander. Robow is rumored to be in discussions with a Gulf State based on a compromising personal decision he made.

Firstly LMAO@ house arrest wtf
Secondly East London
There are reports that Godane, also known as Mukhtar Abu Zubeyr, is not the uncontested ‘amir’ of Al-Shabaab, having allegedly been succeeded by Ibrahim Haji Jama Mee’aad or
‘Ibrahim al-Afghani’
after a power struggle.
Abu Zubeyr has also reportedly fallen out with other regional heads of al-Shabaab over a suicide bombing in Mogadishu in October last year in which 100 people, many of them students, were killed.
Al Shabaab’s leadership is also divided among nationalist factions of clan-based militia leaders, with leaders like Mukhtar Robow ‘Abu Mansur’ and Hassan Dahir Aweys seen as less likely to commit to Abu Zubeyr’s agenda.

I've heard rumours circulating that Aweys had been arrested by Shabab. There's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes in that camp. The sooner they get rid of the international terrorists the better. And Al-Afghani is indeed Somali. He is called that because he fought there. They are such begs. Lmao @ them rocking Pushtun traditional clothing thinking it makes them more religious. The salwar khameez they wear is as islamic as macawiis.

People give this psychopath more attention than he's worth. It's no secret he's a front man & a snitch, most likely behind the killing of many Shabaab leaders starting with Ceyrow. He was a well known two bit of a thief in Hargeisa with a family history of schizophrenia. I also remember reading somewhere that he murdered one of his kin, then fled to Djibouti and was recruited there by the CIA, came to Xamar during the ICU days hiding under the cover of his cimaamad. Jumped on Shabaab leadership the moment Ceyrow was out of the way & has been leading them off a cliff since. They're all power hungry goons. The few that truly cared are long gone e.g. Asbaro, Professor Cadow, etc. All you have now are thugs who are left to squabble over nothing & a few crazed sociopaths blinded by a zealous ideology.
Twenty years of being captive to a bunch of deranged psychopaths hell bent on keeping a whole country hostage, for their own personal gains. It was all a guise (Daarood vs Hawiye). What beef is there between a Daarood mother in one corner of the country raising a family & a Hawiye mother on the other side of the country hustling for her family? Maxaa isku keenay? Nothing. But, when you have a bunch of ignorant, incompetent & greedy men who mask their true intentions i.e. to plunder the coffers under the guise of clan or religious ideologies, then it becomes easier to picture these two mothers becoming mortal enemies.
We've all been duped. But, the question is when are people going to realize just what's been happening all these years?

Al Shabab has taught the Somali people an invaluable lesson. I wasn't fear mongering when I said mixing Somali politics with religion would end disastrously.

Well said and so true!
Whether it is politicians or power hungry interest groups, they always look for weak and emotional points to exploit. In the case of Somalia the weak point is tribalism and the religion is used to appeal to people's emotion or instill fear. The masses fell for it and are being played like puppets. Yep, we have been duped BIG TIME!

What is the source? Hard to believe people can confirm seeing him in the UAE when we still don't have any video footage or legit photo of the guy
