Gaalo and the evil eye

Can Gaalo people give you the evil eye? Say a gaalo to a Muslim? Since they really don’t believe in Allah can their jealousy lead to evil eye and hence harm on to u?

I can see from that logic but the thing is non-Muslims don’t value or know Allah’s blessings are plenty and enough for ALL; they too can be blessed if they only ask instead of jealousy. That’s where Muslims have advantage.
