I think the somali women aren't funny at all, in the west there are the female inbetweeners though not having a brilliant sense of humour. This is about the females body wich isn't helping her to achieve full humour. There is no such thing as funny women.

Depends on the sort of comedy you're into. But yes, it seems the best comedians are all men, imo. I think it's very different though, when it comes to conversations. Most of the funniest folks I've come across have been women, online at least.
