Even though im a Northerner....I will be balanced and fair and say....Adan Cade(AUN) ..second comes Siad barre....Although this Faroole of Puntland has hired a new fashion expert of lately(have y'all noticed that his suits have changed ever since the oil digging started?)....And the least dressed, with the ugliest wardrobe, and becoming of a president is sheikh shariff to me...

keep in mind that the man was in old age....dude was born in 1912...He kept his age a state secret....Therefore, im impressed thats all that excaped from his polished image....Did you know that camera man with in the country were always instructed to take pics of him in a certain way...To keep the image alive...loool...
