As much as I talk big game on snet, I'm a pacifist in real life. what do YOU do when people start acting crazy? A 'friend' is acting like we're married, nagging and tears and everything and i have no idea what to do. As for right now, I've settled on pretend nothing is happening.

You should have posted this in Women's section as no man on earth can understand how your folks' brains work.

But if I try to be serious and make the ultimate mistake of "trying to understand" what's wrong with your friend, I think there's more to the story. Either there's something she's not telling you or you're overlooking something in your relationship, like a recent incident, some arguments/misunderstanding etc, and that may be why she's overreacting in that way.

Or may be it's just something about her why she's getting all emotional & not what you made. Just try to talk to her in private and ask what's happening. May be all that she wants is someone to talk to & listen to some weight she's carrying.

I live with this girl, and we had mutual friends over today I had invited. I was in the kitchen about to cook, but she says she doesnt like the dish I'm making so she asks me to pick up some groceries so she can make a meal she likes i do, at the end of the night i wash the dishes and this heifer as soon as the guests leaves cusses me out and says shes nobodies effin maid and she shouldnt have to cook/ Walaahi no exaggeration. I got reemed for a good 20 minutes
