Minister Hersi In Djibouti Talks With SSC Militia

Hargeisa(Qarannews)- According to reliable resources in Djibouti and Buholde have confirmed that a rump of the dismantled SSC militia led by its leader Saleban Hagla-Tosie and the Somaliland minister of Presidency, Hersi Ali Haji Hassan have held secret talks in Djibouti.

According to our sources, the talks are intended to facilitate an eventual meeting between the Somaliland government and this rump of the SSC militia led by Hagla-Tosie. Saleban Hagla-Tosie had been in Galkaico and was enticed to come to Djibouti by minister Hersi.

The enticement took the form of $100,000 (US Dollars), which persuaded Hagla-Tosie to depart for Djibouti as soon as decently possible, our sources confirm.

Our sources confirm that Hagla-Tosie has lost all support within his Dhulbahante community and among the residents of Buhodle after he refuted the declaration of the "khaatumo-state" by the supporters Ali Khalif Galaydh.

Saleban Hagla-Tosie who was until recently living in the United States, in Ohio to be precise has fallen on hard times as a result of lack of funds and a reversal of fortune within the Dhulbahante community, in which, he has lost some of his support.

A young man of considerable talent, Hagla-Tosie had had a small clinic and a several businesses in Buholde and lost his possessions as a result of being marginalised by the G9 group militia funded by Ali Khalif. However, minister Hersi has come to his rescue and provided sufficient funds to enable Hagla-Tosie to visit Djibouti.

In related news, our sources in Buhodle which include community elders, businessmen and social activists have confirmed that minister Hersi and Saleban Hagla-Tosie have been holding talks in Djibouti. These sources confirm that Hagla-Tosie doesn't represent the Dhulbahante community and is on a one man mission.

Sources close to the matter have stated that minister Hersi will try and attempt to bring Saleban Hagla-Tosie to Hargeisa, in order to curb the influence of Information minister Ahmed Abdi Habsade who appears to be on his way out of the administration of President Ahmed Mohamed Mohamud "Siilaanyo".
