I received a letter addresed to my neighbour in my box, a nigerian. I know his wife beause his wife is a nigerian Muslim.

It is from the Bailiffs. I normally do not opened letters not addresed to me, but this time I was a bit surprised why the envolep carried my flat number ( flat 18) with his name when they live in flat 7.

I have had a couple of my letters ( a bank and hospital one) missing, but did not think it was them. Still do not know who.

Do you think I should contact the bailifs and ask if they have my flat number in their data?

or I am being paronied. Few years ago, another negirian in my block used my address, but cannot remember what I did with it.

I opened it. It is from the debt agencies and gives a notice about attention to remove value items for the promises. It is from the Bailiffs and debt recovery. I am just wondering why the letter had my flat number?

The debt collectors called him about possible payment but he gave them the right info accept the wrong apart number, later he would use that as a simple mistake on their part and would get an extended time to pay up. I do this all the time but we never expect the collateral neighbor to open envelope....wtf is wrong with u?

As I said I do not open other people's post wronly ending up in my box, but those people know me personally and wondered why?

do you expect me not to open it? with all these identity theft? i have had letters(bank and hospital missng) recenlty.

I receive wrong posts all the time and either send them back, but last time when I receive a big box full of presents(?), I left a letter to the relevent flat near my building.
