How would you feel if your father phones some people who live in your town, but did not phone you. Dad never phones,I phone him. I was astonished to found out that last month, others in london (may be 3 times).

Why waste a phone card contacting you when you contacted him before hand. It's not like you have some new development in your life that he should be awar off.
He used his money and phone card to cantact others who he
hasn't heard from.
hasn't heard from.

Maybe you are annoying.
Re: Ok, back to personal matters...
daiman, maybe because of you being his daughter, he has put his confidence in you and that way saves money but would spend it with phoning others, that is it.

Anyway, from what I understood dad had a cheap(almost free calls to the UK for a month). So he phoned his old friend(that was fine), then this woman who is one of his friends daughter. He phoned her 2 times and spoke to her for about an hour.
I do not know how to get rid of this feeling as it ahppened 2 months ago. If he phoned men(like his friends) I would not mind as he might wanted to catch up with them, but not this younger woman

He did not call this woman for social things, just he considers her more important than me

Whiny, annoying, sensitive people should be avoided. That is what your dad is doing and I would do it too.
