This white guy try to fool somalis by registering fake companies claiming to be famous sudani petroleum companies and ...He was planning to make good connections with the somalis and then ripp of the somalia/somaliland government (he wanted oil), The somalis fall for it but he got caught in NOrway with some fake cheques....

Yeah The guy tried to rip us of big time,,,,You see how dumb this somalis are, THe government should now better and they should have done better research when he came with all bullshit....
Which parts of somaliland has Oil ?, any recent discoveries?
