The popular Somali Singer Saado Ali Warsame, has voiced plans to visit the state of Puntland. Despite her huge fan base in Somalia ,the famous Somali songstress hasn’t visited the country since the civil war.
In recent years Saado Ali has been very prominent in the Sool, Sanaag and Ayn political movement, performing her much beloved, patriotic anthems in many countries with significant Somali populations.
According to a recent interview, she will use this opportunity to unveil a new song she wrote, produced, and performed, named “Bosaso,” after the commercial capital of Puntland State.
