can you teach me how to cook

im tired of relying on others I don't know how to cook beyond eggs, pasta (no suugo] and bariis.

How do you cook anjeelo? Soor? Oodkac? Doolsho?

Of course I cook! However I think I have only ever once made perectly round canjeero, I was so proud I made a thread :lol:

My meat/chicken dishes are off the hook :up:

How can you make sure your spaghetti doesn't stick together? Does it need more water, less water, everytime i do wey isku dhagaan :down:

Sounds like you're over-cooking that pasta. Time it and make sure it's al dente, not all the way cooked.

Then as soon as it's off the stove, sprinkle some olive oil over it & spread it everywhere. It won't clump all together.

I used to have the same problem with it, but watched chef Mario Botteli really break it down once on some show. Stuck with it, since.

Do you use a fork to seperate it? You need to do that while it cooks, use enough water so all the spaghetti is covered and don't overcook it and "saladaarey" after it's done i.e. add olive oil or butter or a bit of suugo.
