In JigJiga we are bravely pride
In Gaalkacyo we are fearlessly pride
In Mogadishu we are rebelliously pride
In kismaayo we are valiantly pride
Our survival, but not our revelation
a pride so humble yet poised
Somalia, the chauvinist nation

This pride provides for us, speaks
for all from Djibouti to Garbahaarey and,
between JigJiga and Hobyo
Unpleasantly surprises those
who underestimate it
as it is possessed by the Somali nomad
I repeat, only by the Somali nomad
This pride is our pride and this
pride is our history, culture,
present, tradition and our future.
