no somali are not black they are somali , they are dark skinned , skinny nomadic people , who have a tendency for conflict and a bitter hatred of anything outside their own little ethnic box.

I'll tell you how to solve your dilemma sxb.Go outside and ask the first non Somali you see "Excuse me could you tell me what colour you would consider me to be". What ever answer you get take it as that
Alternitively if you're feeling lazy go to the nearest mirror in you house and see what colour reflection stares back
