This is a big mistake that many men make. There are more god fearing sisters in the west than back home. Back home, hijab and memorasing the quran is the norm( it is the environment). They do not have other schools and quranic schools are everywhere. But those in the west with the hijab or trying to practice islam are more sincere. Living in the West test your faith.
