a video has surfaced with president obama talking to russian president , about this being his last election term and him being more "flexible " after he is elected, some head of defense suggest the president is trying to use US missile technology information as a bargaining chip to offset russia from the war path, in the rush to conquer the middle east. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
