Oh and one more thing, is this the first time "ina Nuur" have elected an Ugaas in Gedo or anywhere else for that matter.
Ina is a nick name given to Nuur when he was young. He was a guy that loved his tol, and everybody used to call him Ina because he loved all his people, that he considered everyone his own family 'inadeer'.
And no this is NOT the first time Ina Nuur elected a clan chief in Gedo. Ina Nuur are not a newcomers to Gedo, they came to Gedo same times as Reer Garaad, Reer Faarax Ugaas and other Galti Marehan clans. This is just a re-election and confirmation, which is occuring in all Marehan sub-clans in Gedo. The latest were the Ina Nuur clan, I'm sure you are aware that all the Sade sub-clans have been confirming and re-electing their clan chiefs such as reer Ahmed, Reer Hassan, Talxe, Soonfure, Hawraarsame, Reer Gaaraad etc.
I refer Amiir Nuur as my uncle because he is Reer Amir Caabdulaahi and I'm reer Mahad. Nuur Yusuf was his great- grandad
Amir Nuur:
Yusuf>>Nuur>>Amir Abdullahi>>Amir Ali>> Amir Nuur
Yusuf>>Nuur>> Mahad>>Diini>> (14 names i will not mention) then >>Ximan (me)
I count 16 to Nuur Yusuf, whereas Amir Nuur counts 2. Thats why I call him uncle, because waa inadeerkeyga.
