Yes they do. I saw some in the Minneapolis area.

Some American towns now want to use the roundabout system because of its advantages.

No roundabouts?

Where I live there are about a million of them, some of them even in major roads.

They are good when they are in built up areas for convenience and speed (coz traffic lights can be pain in the neck sometimes) but roundabouts are dangerous when they're in place of traffic lights in big roads, like this one in my city.

During the peak hour, that roundabout is so crowded and bloody scary.

^^ Is Miami like that too?

Though roundabout are way better than traffic lights in off-peak hours (coz you don't have to stop for the lights and just have to give way to the traffic coming from your right, at least where I live) but it sucks when your driving head-on towards an afternoon or morning peak hour traffic that never ends and you have to wait your turn until that long-ass traffic dries up!
