halyeey cusmaan jeele has finished his military study in egypt, later on he appeared in the 21 oct as a colonel. he worked in the political office of the revolution and was sent to the arab world for political visites. i see gaddafi welcoming him friendly in this video. it was great to be part of the arab states and work with the socialist eastren camp but evry thing has gone wrong for the revolution when they ditched their socialist friends for the interests of ogadenia.
