Should we introduce the DEATH penalty for those caught corrupting the government in ANY means. Why would I want to introduce the death penalty? Because... government is very important and will play a major role in Somalia and the way it runs.
A death of one corrupt official is better than death of 1000k people by famine due to corrupt gov. official who stole the money.
Seeing that corruption is pretty widespread in TFG gov...
