The correct answer is (c). Mooryaan was coined by Maxamed Siyaad to refer to the fledgling USC rebels who were conducting hit & run tatics during the summer of 1988. Mooryaan literally means "rash" and the "rash" of USC attacks which was spread everywhere irritated Siyaad a lot. Hence the term, "Mooryaan"
