The NSA is wiretapping everybody. They've recently constructed a multi-billion dollar facility in Utah to monitor all domestic and international communication. I would fully support any program by the NSA to monitor in particular Somali youth, because as this forum shows this race of people are in particular hostile to the values that America stands for and must be kept on a short leash.
