What will it take to get you back to XAMAR

Post by Sagaashan »

I love for Xamar to have peace and serenity. afterall its the capital of Somalia. but i can't picture myself being there for a long ass time. All types of weapons must be collected from all residents, effective government must be established, no more 'unuka leh' crap, and services must be up and running. and i am just talking about visiting their as a guest  are you guys less strict. what will take for you to change your mind and call That place home either through permanent settlement or visits.

Somalis love money or the promise of it. Many Somalis are going to Muqdisho right now. These people are thinking well ahead of the game. Who else can work in the slums of South Africa.

sxb the 'unuka' crew have no choice but to go back to xamar, its gonna take a leg and arm to convince old residents to go back and live in that place. Xamar can go back to the 91 Xamar in milliseconds if a lot is not done. I don't think Somalis have finally embraced peace and unity even after all the hype. Its nice place to do business and live but i believe the old Xamar is not as easy to resuscitate as some have claimed.
