Best cities in the world for opportunity (2011)

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) conducted a study for 2011 when it comes to the best cities for opportunity. Factors include: quality of life, attracting investments, most educated workforce, cost of living, etc. I found it interesting.
Top 10 Cities
1. New York
2. Toronto
3. San Francisco
4. Stockholm
5. Sydney
6. London
7. Chicago
8. Paris
9. Singapore
10. Hong Kong

Alpha,
Canada was a good country. But it has become increasingly oppressive and authoritarian towards Ontario citizens. It is time we leave the union.
Bachelor degrees are the new middle school diploma. Apply for Masters at your local Ontario post-secondary institution

It is the largest city of the world's most recent state (number 197).
