I think we all saw this coming after 4 years of neglecting places outside of Garowe. There are already other places that have rejected Farole and now we can count this area as one of them.

Let Farole add another year, because he wont be visiting anywhere in Puntland and will only stay in Garowe during that extra year.

iam sure he won't make any chanse of re election, it' has nothing to do with his performance
as prez but other candidates mentality of , it's my turn.

i'd say let him have the extra year but reduce president's powers after this year. Like we give you an extra year under new conditions. All future presidents should also have limited powers and there must be courts of law that can subpoena and prosecute him. SSC, khatumo and the guys who went to Hargeisa all did out of frustration with Puntland administration. Galkacyo is angry, so is Qardho and many reer bari tribes. Bosasonians are always fedup with their revenue going straight to Garowe. Mr. Faroole has an Australian passport and will leave the scene when the going gets tough. Planders must come up with a sustainable, fair to all system.

Farah, Bosaso is Puntland's cash cow and the only thing it gets back from Garowe is gov employees salaries. People are taxed to the max with no gov services.

I agree with this. He should just stand for re-election just like the previous president did. We as Puntlanders are the envy of Somalia and many other places in the world. I didnt matter what people said about us regarding other exaggerated issues. In Puntland we were seen as having a leaders who held elections on time and step down if they lost. Farole is ruining our name.

I dont care what is decided in that new parliament hall in Garowe; Puntlanders will not accept this. History has shown.
