prof Ahmed Samatar waa rageedii, i have seen him evolve over time from staunch anti Somaliland stand to more moderate one. The guy is taking small but noticable steps towards Somaliland and that is all good. He is much better than his cuqdad ridden brother.

khaalid do you know the art of negotiations, when a negotiators can`t get what he wants in the end he will bluff and say am going to sell my goods to some one ells or he will offer a lower price.

No surprise in his stance,, him and his party HiilQaran are pro unity but anti-federalism any man from HQ will tell u the same. don't get you hopes high hes also anti secession of naasohablood state.

Monday the professor doesn't believe in clan federalism he doesn't support clan states
But he believes in a Confederacy state for Somalia and Somaliland two systems two administrations one county a Confederacy model
Where Somaliland and Somalia share the same seat at the UN AU and same passports and have one foreign policy but being two states under one Nation.
I went to his Hiilqaran shiirs he is not a bad guy
