I know they can not sentence to death someone from the locals because of terrorism. They will be tribal war with that judge.. I know how things works there.. if you are not from there, you are likely to be killed. Their justice is face value and not justice.. That is a fact.

Waryaa I have zero facts about this sentences.. Just to tell you terrorism judges can not be locals to them. They must be an outsiders. Anyway in terrorism judges in Bosaaso would never be to a ground to death..

For example if someone kiled someone.. That is a personal case to the judge. When it comes to terrorism judges. They must prove it beyond circumstances. Their beyond must be he is from other tribes who don't belong to Puntland.
