Somalia ranks the 2nd highest in the world, in the number of mothers dying from childbirth, it also ranks the first in the least number of people being helped by a mother giving birth. That said can't even describe how beautiful of progress, it is to have one main clinic for such purpose. Masha'Allah.

man what on earth is with all the niqabis, it seems like 40-50% women are now wearing niqab. :s
