I live in the United States of America, Arizona to be precise, I grew up in MN though.

So where do you guys live?

I know twist lives in Australia, Lilahiya in Canada.

Among these initiatives, the Wildrose’s policy book calls for the creation of an Alberta Pension Plan, which would see the province follow Quebec’s lead and withdraw from the Canada Pension Plan.

McGuinty is way too soft. How come these other langaab provinces are more "autnomous" and give themselves more freedom to do whatever they want?

Can the photo card be used like the Enhanced Driver's Licence by Canadian citizens to enter the U.S. by land or water?

No. The province is implementing a basic photo card for use by non-drivers as a convenience to conduct day-to-day business transactions. An enhanced photo card which would allow travel into the United States by land or water may be considered in the future, based on demand.

Good luck convincing border agents.

The photo card costs $35.

I'm canceling my license.

Also, I'm wondering whether or not that Photo Card would be applicable as a driver's license, since it's illegal to carry both. It seems the card is meant only for non-drivers.
