There should be no talks between SL/Somalia for now

After reviewing the critical changes that imposed itself on the political arena i think that it's not wise to hold talks between Somaliland and Somalia at the moment and thats for two main reasons:
1- Somaliland today has no definite borders! since the emergence of Khaatumo state in the east no one knows where their borders really ends.. is't upto Laascaanood or beyond that? is Sool even part of it anymore? the SL's foreign minister withdrawed from the talks before it even started because representatives from Sool/Sanag where on Somalia's side, this minister is clearly still living in the post-colonial era (1960) where Somaliland was one block he still thinks that eastern regions should only represent SL side. but this is 2012 and the reality on the ground says other wise.
2- Second reason is theres still on going clashes and conflicts between SL militia and Khatumo militias.. its foolish to start union/secession political talks before ending these conflicts. .
Talks to end the conflicts should come first then tfg should draw a political map of Somalia and define the secessionist's borders (the regions that want to secede) and then start a proper constructive dialogues with them specifically.. whats the point of talking with people that are already pro union!
